Throughout life we inevitably encounter events and situations that stress our body, cause trauma, and sometimes even create irreversible damage to our systems overall function. The consequences can sometimes leave us with questions as to how to provide proper maintenance care or even what type of exercise and training is safe to do without further exacerbating symptoms. With hopes of helping those address these issues, we have created a client-oriented model that revolves around a process we call “continuous evaluation.” This new-age approach to wellness training gives high regards to monitoring your personal health concerns while carefully tailoring your exercise training to accommodate your health needs. We focus highly on your personal feedback to help us provide and continuously develop a comfortable, yet challenging exercise progression that will help you improve your quality of life to the fullest.
