What are our qualifications?
We all hold nationally recognized certifications in health and wellness training and have worked in the wellness field for a minimum of 8 years. We have developed our holistic approaches through a combination of medical training, wellness training, and personal experience working with a wide variety of people from children to adults. We all also hold current CPR and First Aid certifications to ensure you are always working in a safe environment.
How much time should I plan on for my wellness session?
Given the different health and fitness levels amongst people, we offer our services in a 30 minute, 1hr, or 1½ hour session. For our evaluation purposes, we do require a full hour to ensure a thorough evaluation can be completed so we can establish baselines, current functional capacity levels, and gather all information pertinent to ensuring you a successful experience with us. We will be more than happy to assist you in helping decide what model will work best for your current level of training, condition, and budget.
Who do we work with?
We specialize in working with all individuals ranging from children to seniors in need of developing a tailored wellness models to fit their wellness and exercise needs. We extend our services especially to those of special populations, post-rehabilitation, chronic pain, and hospice care. We believe that if there is a will, there is always a way worth developing to better the quality of life for another through exercise. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have and/or discuss ways on how yourself or your loved ones can benefit from our services. Even though your condition may not be listed below, we still promise to have something that can work for you.

In some cases, yes. To find out, you can check with your policy or contact your insurance company directly to see whether or not they can reimburse you for wellness training. We will gladly work with you and provide your insurance company with all necessary paperwork needed.
How much do wellness services cost?
Depending on type of service, time required, and travel, our prices range from $30 to $90 per wellness session. We also offer package deals for those who know they will want to visit us regularly. Please also ask about our open studio time when individuals can receive free consultations/information on how to get started today. We promise to work with you to our fullest ability to get you what you need and on way to beginning your path to wellness.
Where do we meet?
For most of our visits, we use our main studio located in Henniker, NH. However, we are more than pleased make accommodations for those who may be unable to travel due to medical concerns and/or conditions. Our facility is also ADA compliant.What times can I train at?
Over the years we have found that each person’s energy level varies throughout the day and we try our best to accommodate this by offering times from 7a.m. to 7p.m. weekly. We are also available on weekends for those who have a hard time making it during the week. Please contact to see what we have available today.What should I bring with me to train?
Generally, we ask you to bring a change of sneakers or shoes that you will be wearing along with comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. If you are traveling to or from work and need to use our changing facility, we also have a bathroom with shower to use at your convenience. We provide towels, soap, and water at no extra cost J.What type of training will work best for me?
We understand that everyone is different and has different concerns and goals when it comes to exercise. We encourage everyone to look through our services to see which one will match up with you the best. If you are still unsure, we will gladly help discuss in more detail what each training service entails. We encourage anyone who is still unsure to come in and try out a model of their choice at no cost. We are here to help make sure you get EXACTLY what you want out of your experience, and nothing less.Can I still benefit from Reflective Movement Training even if I don’t have a health condition?
Absolutely yes. Reflective Movement Training is designed to give you a feedback of your own mirror image during movement. That means whatever you decide to put into the system, whether its strength, endurance, balance, or a combination of all four, is when you get out. Even though this model was created with chronic pain and special populations in mind, its application towards other various types of training and sports is absolutely advantageous. The varying levels of intensity range from novice to highly advanced and are a great way to supplement your current training you are doing today.
