The Headquarters

Begin Wellness holds its headquarters in Henniker, NH and operates throughout Merrimack County. The headquarters contains a private gym facility where programs and services are offered to individuals and to the community.  The studio is a private, 1200 sq. ft. studio that is compliant with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) with a private bathroom, shower, and changing area. The layout is a clean and open concept allowing for easy maneuvering between areas of exercise.  It is outfitted with some of the latest equipment in the fitness industry including diagnostics and assessment devices, rehab table, free motion cable systems, cardio machines, Olympic rings, parallel bars, Jacobs ladder, free weights, kettle bells, proprioceptive and balance equipment, educational tools, accessories, and more.
